MARCH:

The annual Freedom Fund Banquet will be held March 2, 2007 at the Fort Hood Officers Club. Social hour starts at 6:00 p.m. Banquet will start at 7:00 p.m.

Speaker will be Myrtle Johnson, Deputy Director for US Representative Chet Edwards.

The Regional Training Conferece will be held in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The date will be March 15, 2007 - March 17. 2007. Those interested in attending my contact members of the Branch or call 254 286-9211.

APRIL:

The Branch will have a Legal Redress workshop, April 14, 2007. More details to follow.

JUNE:

JUNETEENTH:

This year will be different compared to previous years. The Branch will have booths with vendor participation. This will be held on Friday, June 19, 2007, an the Juneteenth picnic will be on Saturday June 20, 2007. No times for Friday have been decided. But the picnic will start at 10:00 a.m. with a religious services an 12:30 p.m. with the food being served.

 JULY:

The National Convention will be held in Detroit, Michigan from July 7, 2007 - July 12, 2007.
